Blitz Pest Prevention – Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the provision of pest control services ('Services') by Blitz Pest Prevention ('we', 'our', or 'us') to the customer ('you' or 'client'). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full. 2. Services Provided We offer pest control treatments for a variety of pests including but not limited to rodents, insects (ants, bed bugs, wasps, cockroaches), and birds. Services include inspection, treatment, follow-up visits, and proofing where agreed. All treatments are carried out using approved products and in accordance with current UK legislation and industry best practices. 3. Booking and Payment Bookings can be made via phone, email, or website. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer. Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change if infestation severity or property size changes. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 40 cancellation fee. If we are unable to access the property on arrival, the visit may be considered a no-show and subject to the same charge. 5. Access and Safety You must ensure we have safe and timely access to your property. Pets, children, and vulnerable persons should be kept away from treatment areas during and after service (for a period advised by the technician). 6. Guarantees and Follow-Ups We offer a 30-day service guarantee for most treatments, with free follow-up visits where required. The guarantee is void if: you fail to follow aftercare instructions, you do not allow follow-up visits, or there is evidence of hygiene or proofing issues not addressed. 7. Customer Responsibilities You agree to follow all safety advice and instructions given by our technicians. You agree to maintain a clean and pest-deterrent environment (e.g., removing food waste, sealing entry points). 8. Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pests before, during, or after treatment unless caused by negligence. 9. Warranties We use professionally certified products and practices. We do not guarantee complete eradication where: there is continued access to food sources or nesting areas, or structural proofing is required and not completed. 10. Data Protection Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share or sell customer information with third parties. 11. Complaints Complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of service. We will aim to resolve any dispute within 14 days. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate UK courts.
